Information about Questions at Any Time to Cabinet Portfolio Holders

This page contains the publication of Question at Any Time questions and responses. The process is governed by Powys County Council’s Constitution (Section 4).

The principle is that any Councillor can ask a question of the Cabinet Portfolio Holder in relation to policy matters or to the relevant Head of Service in relation to operational matters, at any time, and a formal response from the Cabinet Member or Head of Service is issued and published within 10 working days.

It is not a Committee and meetings are not held, the word “minutes” is used to describe the document used to publish the responses.

The dates above indicate the date on which the question is sent to the Cabinet Member / Head of Service requesting a response.
