Question:
I have read with interest the recent High Court ruling on Herefordshire County Council’s Minerals and Waste Local Plan policy regarding waste from intensive poultry units and would like to know how this will impact on the preparation of Powys Council’s new LDP, particularly in terms of the upper Rivers Wye catchment area but also on the River Usk catchment and designated SACs generally?
