Question:

Thank you for your answer to my previous question on net zero targets.

I note that the authority does not yet have a answer as to the current position regarding current net zero achievements against emissions.

With that in mind how has the figure of £447m capital investment need for the authority to achieve Net Zero by 2030 been achieved? 

This has a fundamental impact on the sustainable Powys strategy and future budgets so I'm intrigued as to the certainty of this figure bearing in mind that the authority it seems doesn't know the current position.
