    DECISION

    To initiate the Traffic Regulation Order consultation procedure in accordance with The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 in respect of the restrictions set out in the plans in Appendix A to the report and if no substantive objections are received the proposal be implemented.
