Minutes: Response by Head of Service:
The backlog maintenance figures included in the consultation document for Mount St Infants School and Mount St Juniors School is based on a calculation - square meterage of a school multiplied by estimated cost based on the condition of the building. This provides an indication of how much it would cost to upgrade the school to a serviceable standard – this is not based on an itemised list of works. |
