    With rumours abound regarding this site, please confirm whether you have, or have not, submitted a new Environmental Permit application for this facility, to NRW?

    Thank you for your question dated 5th June.  I can confirm that a new application was sent to NRW on the 8th June 2022, and we look forward to their response.
