Question from: County Councillor Stephen Hayes Subject: Notification to ward members of material changes in planning applications
Question:
It appears that material changes to planning applications, made between submission and determination, (eg from two dwellings to one, or changes in access), are not routinely notified to ward members, who consequently do not have an opportunity to amend their consultee comments.
Will you put in place a protocol to ensure that such notification does take place?
