The Licensing Officer presented the licensing authority’s position as outlined in the report [copy filed with the signed minutes].  He advised that the Licensing section was happy with the consultation undertaken by the Applicants.

The Applicants agreed that they did not require any licensable activities, outdoors, after 12.00 midnight and requested that their application be amended to reflect this.  Those who had made written representations and were present, expressed that they were content with this and no longer wished to make further representations.

All parties confirmed that they had been able to make their representations.

The Sub-Committee considered the application and the evidence they had heard, with the support of the Clerk and announced their decision.  In reaching the decision members took into account the relevant written and verbal representations.

    RESOLVED

    Reason for decision

That the application be granted subject to the amendments requested by the Applicants and the Environmental Health Officer and the conditions recommended by Dyfed Powys Police.

As a consequence of the proposed decision the licensing objectives were satisfied.

The Clerk to the Sub-Committee advised that he would confirm the decision in writing and reminded parties of their right to appeal.

The Chair thanked all for attending.
