Minutes: (a) County Councillor Karen Laurie-Parry advised that she was a member of the Welsh Pony and Cob Society and a friend on Facebook but that she was not pre-determined in respect of application P/21/2041.
(b) County Councillor David Price requested that a record be made of his membership of Duhonw Community Council where discussion had taken place of matters for the consideration of this Committee, in which he had taken no part.
County Councillor David Selby requested that a record be made of his membership of Newtown Town Council where discussion had taken place of matters for the consideration of this Committee, in which he had taken no part.
(c) The Committee noted that no Member (who is a member of the Committee) would be acting as ‘local representative’ in respect of any application on the agenda.
