Town and Country Planning Act 1990, section 257 - Public path Order proposal pdf icon PDF 29 KB

To consider a proposal to divert part of public footpath 65 on land adjacent to The Firs, Churchstoke (Community of Churchstoke.)

Additional documents:

Minutes:

The Committee considered a proposal to divert footpath 65 because a development granted planning permission would lie on part of the footpath.
